General questions
Can I change my order?
We can only change orders that have not been processed for shipping yet. Once your order is under the status "preparing for shipping", "shipping" or "delivered", then we cannot accept any edits to your order.
How long does it take to fulfil my order?
With our current rate of orders we usually take 5-7 business days to fulfil an order. These designs are made to order so that takes into account the time it takes for the order to be completed.
How long does it take to ship my order?
Once we have finalised the order (during the 5-7 day period) we will then process orders for shipping on the night, once finalised, you will receive both an AusPost email notification as well as one from us that has your tracking code. Delivery Australia-wide will be between 2-8 business days.
International delivery times can vary, please see below:
Zone 1 – New Zealand (10-16 working days)
Zone 2 – North America, Western Europe, Asia, and the Pacific (10-28 working days)
Zone 3 - Rest of the world (14-30 working days)

It's been longer than the fulfilment time, where's my order?
Please know that we haven't forgotten about your order and are always striving to get the orders printed as soon as we can! Unfortunatly the Ningen team all work full times jobs so when we get around to creating the shirts and shipping them out, it's usually done either after work or on our weekends. If after 7 business days you haven't got your shipping notification, please do reach out and we can look into the delay. Again we are sorry if there are any late orders, thanks for your patience!
Payment
What payment methods do you accept?
You can purchase on our website using a debit or credit card. We additionally offer support for various other methods, such as PayPal, Amazon Pay, Apple Pay, Shop Pay, and Google Pay. You can choose these payment methods at checkout.
Which currency will I be charged in?
We currently support AUD, USD, Euro, GBP and CAD, you can change the currency type on the top left portion of the webpage. If your credit or debit card use another currency, then you will be charged AUD. Your bank will apply the corresponding conversation rate of the currency you choose.
Do you offer buy now/ pay later payment option?
You can choose PayPal Pay in 4 options if you select PayPal as a payment option, please follow the prompts.
Shipping
Where do you ship?
We currently are able to deliver to over 220 different countries, please see here for a list of support countries. For shipping outside of these countries, please email enquiries@ningen.com.au
Do you offer fast shipping?
Yes! We do offer express shipping, available to choose in the checkout. Australia-wide delivery estimates are between 1-4 business days.
How can I track my package?
Once you have placed your order, we will send you a confirmation email to track the status of your order. Once your order is shipped, we will send you another email to confirm you the expected delivery date as well as the link to track your order (when the delivery method allows it).
What if I'm not home?
Please see here for a list of what our courier will do in the event of a undelivered parcel.
Will I pay taxes for international shipping?
Please see your countries customs websites to see what taxes are required.
Returns
Do you accept returns?
Under Australian Consumer Law, companies are not required or obligated to accept returns that are simply a Change of Mind. Refunds of this nature will not be accepted. If there is a major problem with the product, please contact us at refunds@ningen.com.au with your Order Number and detailed explanation. All claims must be made within 5 days of delivery. Any claims outside of this timeframe will not be accepted, no exceptions. These refund claims will be reviewed on a case by case basis.
Can I exchange an item?
We currently do not accept item exchanging if you change your mind.
Are returns free?
Within Australia, if your return is accepted, we will supply a print copy shipping label that you can use to ship back to us free of charge.
For international refunds, shipping may not be covered. Please contact enquiries@ningen.com.au for more information.
How long does it take to process a return?
Returns are confirmed within 14 days of receiving the package at our warehouse. Once your return is accepted, the reimbursement, exchange or credit will be issued within 14 days of our services accepting your return.

Do you have physical stores?
We currently don't have any physical stores under our brand name, we are solely and online only store. Though you may see us around at various upcoming conventions.
