About Us

Would you believe us when we say that Ningen formed over a video game and a discord call. Well, it did, and now here we are and here you are.

Ningen's aim is to create embroidered anime apparel, that look good and feel good to wear. Being overly gaudy and in your face is against our style, so we decided to go with a more minimalist type approach. This gives us plenty of room to branch out into more creative designs in the future.

We're an Australian based store, with a focus on making sure our goods are ethically sourced and produced, making sure that we are sending out products with a clear conscious. We also want our clothes to be affordable so we have tried our best to find the perfect balance of price and ethics. Due to this our business actually runs almost as a non-profit, with all costs going towards product and labour costs.

    Right now, we use this bad boy, the Ricoma EM1010, we certainly couldn't be where we are without this machine. All our current designs utilise this machine, a dream come true.
